Spar UK boss Louise Hoste will be the guest speaker at Women in Wholesale’s (WiW) 2020 Speed Mentoring event, which takes place on 21 April 2020 in London.
Hoste was appointed as the new Managing Director of Spar UK six months ago and previously held Commercial Director positions at the Card Factory, Asda and Walmart, as well as Director roles at Brakes Group and The Co-op.
WiW, now in its fifth year, helps to support and progress hundreds of people working across UK foodservice and grocery wholesale with regular educational networking events and actionable resources.
Due to popular demand, the WiW Speed Mentoring event has been extended to a full day, allowing more time with mentors and the introduction of a new workshop.
New mentors for 2020 include Melanie Tucker, Head of Out of Home, Graze; Darren Goldney, Managing Director of Unitas and Lisa Mooney, Head of Talent and Development at Lucozade Ribena Suntory.
They will join mentors from last year, including Jess Markowski, Sales Director for Budweiser; Clare Bocking, Chief Commercial Officer at DCS; Helen Rimmer, National Account Controller for Carlsberg UK and Coral Rose, Managing Director of Country Range Group and newly appointed FWD Chairperson.
