Guinness is celebrating its new four-year sponsorship deal with the Premier League by giving retailers the chance to win £5,000 to donate to a local football initiative.
The prize is intended to help to improve access and enjoyment of the beautiful game at a grassroots level and may be invested in training or spent upgrading sports equipment or buying new kit.
To enter, existing Diageo One retailers simply need to visit the Diageo One website and complete a short form. All other retailers can fill out a second short form. Entries close on 20 November 2024 at 23:59.
To launch the competition, five retailers around the country have been chosen to host football takeovers within their stores. Each store will have football themed giveaways, Guiness-branded merchandise, free street food and football- themed games. To get their own slice of the match-day action, retailers can download ‘Lovely Game for a Guinness’ POS via Diageo One.
The Diageo brand’s Premier League partnership sees Guinness become the Official Beer of the Premier League, and Guinness 0.0 as the Official Non-Alcoholic Beer.
