The Weetabix Food Company has revealed a new on-pack promotion for its Weetos cereal as part of a strategy to put excitement back into the brand and boost sales.
Launching in June 2020, the promo will run across 500g and 350g £2.49 PMP packs until August.
It gives consumers the chance to win one of nine prizes of £500 to spend towards sports kit and equipment.
To enter, consumers need to send in a photo of their Weetos pack or bowl as part of a unique sporting environment – a basketball hoop made from the box, for example.
A £12m brand and the fourth-biggest product in the chocolate cereal category, Weetos is currently enjoying 13% value growth.
