Dairy Crest has unveiled a new addition to its Vitalite dairy-free spread brand: Vitalite Coconut.
Coconut is the fastest-growing flavour trend in the UK, with household penetration of coconut-based products rising to 8.8%. The new variant is aimed both at consumers with a dairy intolerance and to the increasing numbers adopting free-from products as a lifestyle choice.
