Imperial Tobacco took the honours for ‘Best Supplier for Sales Force Effectiveness’ at the recent Convenience Tracking Program (CTP) Awards.
Martin Goodall, Head of Sales at Imperial Tobacco UK, reflected on the win: “It’s always a fine accomplishment to win an award, but this one is particularly special. Not only was it voted for by over 2,000 retail store staff and mangers, but it’s also the result of a real group effort over the best part of two years’ hard work.”
Goodall said the win was not only for the sales force, but for the entire Imperial Tobacco UK family.
He concluded: “Crucially, we’re recruiting the right people into the right roles, and combining that with the right support and development. When all those factors are aligned it can’t help but breed success, and recognition like this CTP award follows. Well done and a big thanks to all.”
