Thieves in Brazil have stuck a huge stick in the spokes of the preparations for next month’s World Cup after they stole a van containing 300,000 Panini World Cup football stickers. Collectors were up in arms that the theft would create a shortage, but Panini has said there are ample supplies in Brazil, so if you happen to be over there for the tournament and can’t get you hands on Christiano Ronaldo, then it’s not down to the thieves. “It’s a shocking crime and we’ve got, got, got, got, got, need to find the culprits,” a spokesperson for Panini may have said.
