Spar Scotland has reopened its refurbished Spar store in Erskine, Renfrewshire.
The 2,891sq ft store, which employs 16 local people, has been fully renovated and now displays new energy efficient refrigeration, new shelving, flooring, ceiling, lighting, and internal and external graphics.
In addition, its food-to-go offering has also been expanded to include freshly prepared baguettes along with an expanded hot food offer.
To mark the relaunch, shoppers were treated to a fun day with a face-painter, while the Spar spinning wheel was on hand to give away 100 goody bags and a variety of prizes including Spar shopping vouchers.
Suppliers Warburtons, Rollover, Cook, PK Foods, and Browning’s also provided shoppers with free product samples.
In addition, there were special offers on a host of Spar own-label products and branded daily essential food and drink items.
