Spar Scotland has extended its contract to advertise on STV until April 2024.
The symbol group, which started advertising on STV in 2019, has been filming with STV this week.
Paula Middleton, Spar Scotland Marketing Manager, said: “Following our own research, we saw that Scottish consumers want to see leading brands advertise on STV with great promotional prices. With the right strategy, we’ve seen how our most recent advertising campaign has allowed us to connect with customers highlighting to them our localness and great value, all of which is available in Spar stores the length and breadth of Scotland. We’ve also had great support from our supplier brands who come back to us time and time again to take part in our advertising campaigns.
“We are delighted to be given the opportunity to film with STV in their campaign to encourage other businesses to advertise on the channel. STV are on a brand journey with us where we are bringing Spar to a whole new audience. Convenience retailing today is all about adapting and we feel that by advertising on STV, we are in tune with the changing needs of modern-day customers.”
