Following Spar Scotland’s campaign on STV in January, a new stream of adverts will hit Scottish TV screens from 14 September.
Running until 27 September, the new campaign will highlight a number of deals on key food and drink products available in Spar stores across Scotland.
The value themed advertising campaign will be visible on three 20 second adverts running at peak viewing times on STV.
Promotions will focus on a number of leading brands including Chicago Town, San Miguel, Doritos, McVitie’s and Irn Bru.
Colin McLean, CEO at Spar Scotland wholesaler and retailer CJ Lang, said: “We are aware how financially tough it can be for many shoppers especially during these unprecedented times. Therefore we have worked with a number of well-known brands and negotiated market-leading deals for consumers. This investment demonstrates not only how Spar is there for shoppers but as a local convenience store we can also offer great value for money.”
Products advertised on TV will be given visibility in prominent locations in-store. Other media support includes digital, external advertising, Spar in-store radio and POS.
Spar Scotland will be back on STV in November with a further burst of advertising.
