Nichols is bringing the Slush Puppie brand into the flavoured carbonates category with the launch of Slush Puppie Fizzie.
Available from early March in Strawberrie and Blue Raspberrie flavours, Slush Puppie Fizzie rolls out in 2-ltr and 500ml price-marked bottles, with RSPs of £1.49 and £1 respectively. The 2-ltr bottle is also available in a plain pack format.
Both variants have no added sugar, contain only natural flavours, and are HFSS-compliant.
The launch is supported with in-store activations, social media support and PR.
Slush Puppie Fizzie performed well in consumer testing, with 79% of participants stating an intent to purchase.
The launch marks Slush Puppie’s latest foray outside of the slush category; the new drink joins a range of products that includes ice cream, bon bons, ice pops and lip balms.
