Cash handling automation specialist Suzohapp has named Simon James (pictured) as its new Managing Director of the United Kingdom & Ireland, effective immediately.
James brings with him over 20 years of experience in the payments industry and joined Suzohapp from Civica, a systems and business process services specialist. Prior to Civica, he held several senior international leadership roles during seven years at Elavon Payment Services, a global provider of financial payment services to the airline, government, hospitality, retail and healthcare sectors.

James will focus will on creating a seamless customer experience across the UK and Ireland. He will also bring his deep industry expertise to support the organisation’s international initiatives in the cashless payments area.
