Scottish Grocers’ Federation has launched a partnership with RBS Mentor which will deliver significant benefits to SGF members and their businesses.
RBS Mentor is an advisory, support and consultancy service, providing expert guidance to help businesses manage their regulatory and compliance obligations. Mentor provides support on issues relating to employment law and HR, health and safety and environmental management, as well as offering specialist payroll solutions.
To introduce convenience store retailers to the support available from Mentor, all SGF members will be able to take advantage of an introductory offer of a free two month trial of the Mentor Service. Mentor’s services are provided by qualified, experienced consultants, who will take the time to get to know retailers.
SGF Chief Executive Pete Cheema said: “A key aim for us in 2016 is to ramp up the expert advice and guidance services we can offer to our members. Our new partnership with RBS Mentor is a significant step forward in achieving this aim and I would encourage all our members to take full advantage of this superb offer.”
Chris Coltham of RBS Mentor added: “We are delighted to be working with the SGF and the grocery sector in Scotland. This new partnership will help to support SGF members with key activities in running their business and we look forward to building our relationship.”
