News UK has announced that from Saturday 14th March, The Scottish Sun on Saturday will increase its cover price from 60p to 70p. Additionally, The Scottish Sun on Sunday will increase its cover price from 80p to £1.00, effective from Sunday 15th March.
The retail margin will be 21.4% Saturday and 21% Sunday, delivering 15p Saturday and 21p Sunday per copy, an increase of approximately 1.8p and 3.4p respectively per copy for retailers.
