With Ramadan approaching, AG Barr is encouraging local retailers to stock up on special price-marked promotional packs of Rubicon and Sun Exotic, which the company says caters for the demand for trusted, authentic brands.
This year’s Ramadan runs from 18th June until 17th July.
Rubicon’s popular Mango, Guava, Pomegranate and Watermelon flavours will be available in special one-litre £1.29/2 for £2 price-marked packs plus Sun Exotic’s Pineapple & Coconut, Tropical and Citrus Twist flavours will be available in special one-litre £1 price-marked packs.
“Ramadan is celebrated by 2.9m people throughout the UK, and has the potential to deliver £7m at retail value, presenting a tremendous profit opportunity for retailers,” says Adrian Troy, Head of Marketing for AG Barr.
He added that retailers should ensure they stock up on large pack sizes as they are particularly important during the Ramadan period to cater for families.
