PureOaty launches oat drink for tea

PureOaty Tea-rrific

Glebe Farm Foods, a producer of gluten-free British oats, has launched PureOaty Tea-rrific.

The new oat drink has been designed specifically to be enjoyed with the UK’s favourite beverage, tea.

It launches to fill a gap in the market for what Glebe Farm says is a distinct lack of oat-based milk alternatives to pour into a cup of tea.

The result of extensive development, the gluten-free recipe addresses taste, colour, and stability; according to the manufacturer the product won’t split, yielding “a perfect, great-tasting cuppa every time”.

After being blind tested on 120 consumers, 74% said they enjoyed Tea-rrific’s smooth tea experience, 75% said it maintained the rich tea colour and 79% said they would be purchasing Tea-rrific for themselves.

Pure Oaty Tea-rrific will be available from October in one-litre cartons with an RSP of £2.09.
