Spar Brand has launched three new spirits to capitalise on the trend for premium and dark spirits.
To make the most of the growth of premium sector spirits, the symbol group has introduced Spar French Grain Vodka (RSP £17.99) and Spar Rhubarb & Ginger Flavoured Gin (RSP £17), the top-selling flavour in the market.
Spar Brand’s Premium Gin 70cl will move to the same style bottle as the new variant, to bring consistency to the range.
Spar has also unveiled a new standard-tier Dark Rum (RSP £12.50).
Dark rum is growing in popularity, and dark spirits are currently seeing high penetration in the market, drunk by almost half (49%) of UK adults.
The new launches are backed by marketing activity including Spar Radio, social media, digital support and POS.
