Premier has announced that it has recruited their 3000th Premier store. This massive achievement is a first for symbol retailing and Premier says it is testament to the hard work and commitment of Premier retailers across the country in serving their shoppers and being at the heart of their communities.
The lucky 3000th store to join Premier was in Blythe, Northumberland and saw a celebratory fun day where the whole community were invited to come down to toast the new store and enjoy a complementary curry. The store was officially opened by Martin Swadling, Director of Premier along with retailer Peter Saleem, who is the proud owner of Wensleydale Convenience Store.
“I am really proud that with the help our retailers we have reached 3000 Premier stores,” said Martin Swadling, Director of Premier. “Premier’s commitment of delivering more cash profit for retailers and a better consumer experience have proven to be increasingly popular with both retailers and shoppers alike. We continue to drive value, price mark packs and our Mega Deals promotions, along with reducing operational costs through initiatives like Booker Energy, Recycling service and a wide range of ‘Added Value Services.’ It was a great day with Peter and his team and I am confident their store will go from strength to strength.”
