KP Snacks has bought Popchips Europe, which owns and operates the Popchips brand in the UK and Europe, for an undisclosed sum.
Parent company Popchips Inc will continue to own and operate the brand in North America and other international markets.
Popchips offers a range of ‘better for you’ popped and puffed snacks. It made its UK debut in 2012.
