Brookfield Drinks has secured a listing with Nisa for Portuguese lager Super Bock.
Super Bock is the best-selling Portuguese beer brand in the world, with 3.9 million hectolitres sold in 2014. The brand has won 32 consecutive gold medals in the international contest ‘Monde Sélection da la Qualité’, the only beer to have achieved this to date.
Nigel McNally, Managing Director of Brookfield Drinks, said: “This latest listing is a significant step in the long-term strategy to continually increase distribution of Super Bock throughout convenience and independent retail outlets across the UK.”
Positioned as a premium 5% abv beer that offers “genuine provenance and heritage, and a superior taste experience”, Super Bock is available now in a four-pack format.
Brookfield Drinks has been growing its product portfolio and availability considerably throughout 2015, with two new cider variants and an organic wine being introduced to the market in the last few months.
