Starburst has launched the first element of its multi-million pound 2015 marketing campaign: a new ‘Land of Intensity’ television commercial, which will air for 16 weeks.
2015 also sees the introduction of new reduced-sized outers. These will include 45g sticks (rrp at 49p with 24 sticks in a case), 192g pouches (rrp at £1.28 with 12 pouches in a case) and 150g £1 pricemarked bags (12 bags in a case).
Tony Lorman, Wrigley European Confections Business Unit Director, commented: “This new TV ad represents the highest media spend for the brand in recent years, and will work to generate maximum exposure amongst consumers, providing retailers with an additional opportunity to drive sales.”
