Two new summer launches are set to boost chilled dessert sales for retailers. Müller UK has extended its range of Cadbury Roses chilled desserts as part of its licensing agreement with Mondelez International, while Müllerlight is set to shake up the Greek Style category with the launch of Fruitopolis, a Greek style yogurt range with a fruit layer on top that contains 90 calories or fewer per pot. Available in three flavours, Strawberry, Cherry and Peach & Passion fruit, Müllerlight Greek Style Fruitopolis will launch on a rolling basis, available in singles and four packs with an rrp of 75p and £2.49 respectively. Cadbury Roses meanwhile has expanded into the chilled dessert category with Roses branded Cadbury Pots of Joy. Following the launch of Strawberry Dream in May, now Hazel Whirl is being added to the range. Cadbury Hazel Whirl Roses Pots of Joy is made up of three layers – hazelnut flavour fondant, a centre of chopped hazelnuts, all topped off with a layer of a creamy, chocolaty dessert, made with Cadbury chocolate and whipping cream. It is available with an rrp of £1.29 and in packs of four with an rrp of £2.49.
