Muirkirk convenience store asking price reduced

The asking price for a convenience store in Muirkirk, East Ayrshire, has been reduced.

The store, on Pagan’s Walk, was originally advertised for sale online on Rightmove back in March with a guide price of £30,000. However, that has now been reduced to £25,000.

Being marketed by Prime Property Auctions (Scotland), Glasgow, the shop extends to approximately 750sq ft.

The store has a kitted-out store room downstairs and a fully plumbed sink and a toilet to the rear.
