Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has added new flavour Rio Punch to its Monster Juiced energy drink range.
Monster Juiced Rio Punch is available now in plain and price-marked single 500ml cans, as well as four-can multipacks.
Inspired by a dessert popular in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro, it combines the usual Monster Energy blend with a tropical combination of exotic flavours featuring notes of papaya, vanilla ice cream and blackcurrant.
The can design features the green and yellow of the Brazilian flag. References to Rio de Janeiro include carnival motifs and a visual of the city’s famous Christ the Redeemer statue.
Convenience retailers can request Monster Juiced Rio Punch POS materials and download digital assets via My.CCEP.com to help bring the launch to life in-store.
Rio Punch joins the nine-strong Monster Juiced range which includes Mango Loco, Pipeline Punch, Aussie Lemonade, Khaotic, Pacific Punch, Monarch, Ripper, Mixxd Punch and Bad Apple.
The range accounts for 34% of flavoured energy value sales, boosted by the arrival of Monster Juiced Bad Apple in 2024 – the best-performing energy launch of the past 12 months.
