Mars Petcare has appointed Mike Hemming to the role of Channel Director. In this role, Hemming will be responsible for the Pet Specialist and Convenience channels and will become a member of Mars Petcare’s Senior Customer Development team. Mars brands include Pedigree, Whiskas, Cesar and Sheba,

Hemming joins Mars Petcare from Cadbury where he started as a graduate 18 years ago and worked most recently as Sales Director for Green & Blacks, part of Mondelez International. Mike replaces Alastair Smith who is moving to the role of Tesco Global Account Director for all categories across Mars Petcare, Mars Chocolate, Mars Food and Wrigleys.
