AG Barr is launching a low calorie cola drinks, Barr Xtra Cola. The launch will be supported by £500,000 heavyweight media campaign.
AG Barr has a heavyweight marketing programme to support the launch including outdoor advertising, social media support and sampling throughout March and April to drive awareness and encourage trial of the product. Barr Cola is the Official Cola of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games and the new variant will also feature in Barr brand Glasgow 2014 TV advertising during June and July. Xtra Cola will also be part of AG Barr’s support activity in its role as Official Soft Drinks partner of the SPFL.
