Londis has reached its target of 400 retailers signing up to its Londis 2020 package three months ahead of schedule.
The symbol group unveiled the new package of retailer terms at its conference in April and had hoped to hit the 400 mark by October.
Londis2020 provides a single set of retailer terms and store standards across the Londis estate and supports the delivery of the brand vision with a comprehensive package of retailer benefits exclusive to Londis2020 stores.
John Pattison, Londis Director said: “Last year we outlined our commitment to delivering a compelling symbol brand offer that’s simple to do business with, delivering profitable growth for our retailers. We want consumers to recognise the great convenience stores our partners operate and that they are consistently great across the country. Londis2020 is the platform to make that possible. It was developed by retailers, for retailers, and the sign up rate has so far exceeded our expectations. I’m delighted that so many retailers are on board and our aim is to have all stores in Londis working within 2020 by the end of 2017.”
