Lees of Scotland has launched its first new confectionery bar in several years.
The new addition, Creamy Strawberry, is a blend of strawberry- and cream-flavoured fondant coated in dark Belgian chocolate.
The design of the packaging, in line with the rest of Lees’ confectionery range, is minimalist and to the point. It should stand out well on shelf.
Commenting on the new product, Sheevaun Thomas, NPD manager for Lees, said: “The arrival of our brand new Creamy Strawberry bar is another exciting milestone in what has been a very successful year for new launches at Lees.
“The bar follows on from the launch of our new packaging designs for our popular Snowballs and Teacakes and of course, our Lees Macaringues which has experienced strong sales so far.
“We have worked hard to create this new flavour for our range of confectionery bars and have listened to our customers’ suggestions on what they would like to see available. We are continually striving to ensure our products remain appealing to both our existing consumers and potential new customers.”
