Larkhall Co-op and Post Office to reopen after makeover

Co-op’s Larkhall store and Post Office, in Lanarkshire, is set to relaunch this week (7 December) after a seven-week programme of works and improvements. 

The 8,000sq ft store, which is located in Union Street, features an in-store bakery and, products from Glasgow-based McGhee’s bakery. There is a Costa coffee express machine, customer car parking and, a free cash machine (ATM).  

The store also includes Post Office services; a photo booth and, the click-and-collect and online home delivery of groceries through Co-op’s own online shop. 

Frank Grant, Co-op’s Larkhall Store Manager, said: “Our aim is to operate at the heart of local life, and we’ve worked to develop the range, choice and added services to create a compelling offer to serve and support our community, conveniently. This includes a focus on delivering member-value so that the people who own our business, our members, benefit every time they shop.” 

The store opens between 7am-10pm daily.
