Kensitas Club has unveiled its first rolling tobacco offering, arriving on shelf this month.
Launching at RSP £10.90 for a 30g pouch and RSP £17.80 for a 50g pouch, Kensitas Club Rolling Tobacco is JTI’s lowest-priced RYO product.
Ross Hennessy, Head of Sales at JTI UK, commented: “The re-launch of Kensitas Club earlier this year was hugely successful, and this latest extension to the range will allow retailers to capitalise on this sales momentum as well as tap into Scotland’s growing RYO segment, that is now worth an estimated £187m.
“Value rolling tobacco now makes up 37.6% of RYO volume in Scotland and we are confident that the launch will provide retailers with a competitive product for the existing adult smokers in this segment and in turn drive incremental sales.”
