Mast-Jägermeister has launched a new on-pack promotion to encourage consumers to store Jägermeister in their freezers.
Half-a-million promotional bottles are available now across the off-trade in both 50cl and 70cl formats, including 50cl PMPs.
When chilled to the optimal serving temperature of -18 degrees Celsius, a secret code appears on the back label of promotional packs. The code gives consumers the chance to win more than 1,500 prizes such as mini-freezers, £50 Jägermeister e-shop vouchers, and branded green shot glasses. One lucky winner will also scoop a once-in-a-lifetime European Jägermeister festival experience for four.
Other prize ‘drops’ will be announced on social media as the competition continues through to the end of the year.
The promotion is part of Mast-Jägermeister’s national campaign, The Secret is Ice Cold, and is supported across Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter, as well as consumer press.

Serving Jägermeister from the freezer is said to ensure the brand’s blend of 56 herbs, roots and botanicals is at its best. The cold temperature accentuates the balance of sweet, bitter and herbal flavours, creates a more viscous mouthfeel and makes for a smoother drinking experience.
