GroceryAid welcomes new Marketing Communications Manager

GroceryAid has named Helen Kershaw as its new Marketing Communications Manager.

She will play a crucial role in the implementation of GroceryAid’s awareness strategy as the charity aims to extend its reach to those needing assistance while meeting increased fundraising demands.

Kershaw returns to the not-for-profit sector, where she started her career at the Meat & Livestock Commission, from her most recent role as Head of Marketing at Guardsman Industries. She has extensive experience in the grocery industry having spent time with Bongrain, Canderel and Fox’s Biscuits.

Steve Barnes, GroceryAid Chief Executive, commented: “As our industry changes fast, the need to communicate with those in need of support is more crucial than ever. The appointment of Helen is a key one for GroceryAid as we step change awareness throughout the industry.”
