GroceryAid has launched a new service to help those experiencing tension in their relationships.
In partnership with Relate, leaders in relationships support, the charity is offering free relationship counselling and support for people in the grocery industry.
A spokesperson for GroceryAid said: “At these times it’s good to know that there’s practical support available to help you, your partner or family cope with both the emotional and practical impact on your lives together.”
If you’d like some help with a relationship or family issue there are lots of ways to talk to a counsellor. Relate services on offer include live chat, face-to-face counselling, telephone counselling, webcam counselling and email counselling. Relate counsellors and therapists are non-judgemental, impartial and everything discussed is completely confidential unless a person’s safety is at risk.
Those struggling with family problems, partner issues or difficulties at work with colleagues will find lots of information on the GroceryAid website to help.
To access Live Chat from Relate visit www.groceryaid.org.uk or for the other Relate services please call the GroceryAid Helpline on 08088 021122.
