The village of Aberdour in Fife is home to Greens Retail’s 27th outlet.
Usually, the firm takes on stores that are currently trading, but this site was acquired from Co-op as an empty shell.
The shop was built from a blank canvas through months of planning and represents a “fresh vision” for the group, said Greens.
Food to go remains a key focus as the store boasts a Fisher & Donaldson cabinet, a Skwishee frozenated drinks machine, and a Costa Express coffee station.
The new outlet is the third Greens location to offer an expanded selection of Iceland products, featuring exclusive big brands like Greggs, TGI Fridays and Slimming World.
“A huge thank you to everyone who worked tirelessly to make this vision a reality,” said the company. “We’re beyond excited to bring this unique store to Aberdour and we wish our new store team all the best.”
