Glasgow retailer shot in his store

A retailer in the Yoker area of Glasgow was shot while working in his store on 24th January. Naser Hussain, who works at the KOF Convenience Store on Dumbarton Rd was wounded in the leg and hospitalised following the incident.

A 25 year-old man has been arrested in connection with the shooting and was set to appear in court as SLR went to press.

Just days after Naser was shot a second armed robbery was carried out in Hussain’s General Store in the Tollcross area of the city’s east end. A male entered the store brandishing a firearm before making off with cash and cigarettes.
