Empire Bespoke Foods is looking to tap into the trend for chocolate spreads and nut butters with its introduction of two Duo Penotti Chocolate and Hazelnut combination spreads to the UK.
The two flavours initially being launched are Chocolate Hazelnut and Vanilla and Chocolate Hazelnut and Caramel. Both products will be available in 200g and 350g formats with rrps of £1.89 and £2.39 respectively.
The spreads use sustainably-sourced ingredients and contain no artificial flavourings, colours or preservatives. The Chocolate Hazelnut variant uses UTZ certified cocoa, organic milk and RSPO palm oil.
Empire Bespoke Foods’ Marketing Manager Nina Prabhu said: “These two luxurious Duo Penotti spreads are incredibly moreish and are the perfect accompaniment to breads, pastries, pancakes and waffles, plus are great as a home baking ingredient. With the days and nights getting colder and the season of indulgence getting nearer, I expect these treats to become favourites in the multiple, convenience and speciality channels.”
