Eden Mill, Scotland’s first single site distillery in St. Andrews, has launched its first range of ready-to-drink gin cocktail blends.
The 250ml single serves, packaged in aluminium bottles, combine the tastes of Eden Mill’s Love Gin, Original Gin, Oak Gin and Hop Gin with specially paired botanicals.
The four cocktails available are:
- Berry Bramble, which combines a blend of fresh berries and elderflower with the floral elements of Love Gin.
- The light Citrus Fizz, which delivers flavours of grapefruit, lemon and blood orange mixed with Original Gin.
- Roasted Martini, a combination of Oak Gin with the flavours of coffee beans and vanilla pods, which gives a warming bittersweet taste.
- Basil Smash, made with Eden Mill’s crafted Hop Gin, basil, watermelon and lime; and smashed together to create a cocktail that is lighter on the palate.
Consumers will be able to try the drinks at the ‘Summer Nights’ concert with Van Morrison in Glasgow and at the opening of Eden Mill’s ‘Gin House’ pop-up bar in the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Edinburgh, both on 4th August.
The range is available to order online, rrp £3 per bottle, or £15 for a mixed pack of six, with cocktail goblet glass.
