Spar Scotland has relaunched its store on Ballindean Road, Dundee, after a recent refit.
The 1,859sq ft company-owned store has had a new counter and back-line installed, new external fascia and window graphics, new internal local history window graphics and signage, and the store has been painted throughout. The entrance area has also been revamped, with the addition of a CJ’s food-to-go area.
Steven Irons, Company-Owned Stores Director at Spar Scotland, said: “We are delighted with how fresh and modern the store looks with a core range of products and services available, specifically catering for our local shoppers.
The new addition of CJ’s food-to-go counter area we hope will be a great addition to our customers.”
On launch day, shoppers were treated to giveaways and free product sampling. There were also special offers on a host of Spar own label and leading branded daily essential food and drink items.
Spar Scotland also made two £500 cheque donations to Douglas Community Centre and St Pius X Primary School, as well as donating £800 of Spar vouchers to St Pius and Claypotts Primary summer breakfast camps.
Spar Ballindean Road, which employs 10 members of staff, is open from 6am-10pm Mon-Sat and 7am-10pm on Sunday.
