Dr. Oetker’s The Good Baker sub-brand has launched a new addition to its meat-free pizza range: Meat-Free Chicken Style.
With an RSP of £3.50, the new pizza combines a stone-baked crust with creamy mozzarella, marinated chicken-style pieces, peppers and red onions.
The vegetarian-friendly pizza is fully HFSS-compliant, a source of fibre and protein, and contains no added sugar. It also comes in fully recyclable packaging, in an FSC-certified box made from recycled materials.
The Meat-Free Chicken Style pizza joins the existing range, which includes Veggie Mix and vegan-friendly Spinach & Pumpkin Seeds.
Each pizza is made using long-fermented wholegrain doughs. These are stretched into thin and crispy bases, topped with various ingredients including extra virgin olive oil and sea salt, then stone baked.
Paula Wyatt, Head of Marketing at The Good Baker, commented: “We’re confident that this new product launch will be hugely popular with consumers, bringing even more choice to those on a vegetarian diet, or looking to reduce their meat intake.”
