Deadline approaching for Leverhulme undergrad financial aid

If local retailers, their children, or spouses are in need of financial aid towards university fees, then they have until 15th October to apply for a Leverhulme Trade Charities Trust (LTCT) undergraduate bursary.

The bursary provides up to £3,000 in financial aid for university students studying for a full-time undergraduate degree who also work in the convenience channel, or whose parent, carer or spouse works in the channel. The funds can be used to help cover tuition fees, course materials, equipment, or travel costs, offering vital support as the cost of higher education continues to rise.

Professor Anna Vignoles, Director at LTCT, said: “We believe everyone deserves the chance to pursue higher education, and our bursaries help ease the financial burden for families. We encourage all eligible students to apply before the 15th October deadline.
