Spar Scotland wholesaler and retailer CJ Lang & Son has made two new appointments to its executive team.
Chris Boyle has joined the company as Finance Director from United Wholesale Scotland, where he held the same position. He has previously held a variety of finance positions within M&Co and Botterills.
Della Myers will start as Trading Director on 3 June 2024. She joins CJ Lang from Costcutter Supermarkets where she was Trading Director for Convenience in Bestway Retail. Myers started her career in Asda before moving into convenience and brings with her extensive experience in commodity market trading and strategic planning.
She will succeed retiring Trading Director Richard Collins.
CJ Lang boss Colin McLean commented; “We are delighted that Chris has joined the Executive team and he has settled in well to the role. We’re looking forward to officially welcoming Della to the company in the next few weeks. I’m delighted that they have both chosen to join CJ Lang as we continue on our exciting journey.”
