Karate-kicking French footballer-cum-philospher, Eric Cantona, is once again gracing packs of Kronenbourg 1664.
Last year, Cantona’s picture on pack led to a 25% growth in value for the beer.
The message ‘Iconic, Adored, a Taste Suprême’ is also highly visible, alongside Cantona’s signature. The full range benefits from the new design, which is certainly eye-catching, and which brand owner Heineken hopes will deliver a similar uplift in sales as in 2016.
