Cadbury’s latest promotion isn’t big, it’s joynormous!

Cadbury 'Joynormous' promotional packs

Cadbury is offering consumers the chance to win a personalised surprise worth up to £10,000 in its latest on-pack promotion, which launches in September.

The ‘Joynormous’ promotion will run across Twirl, Wispa, Double Decker, Cadbury Dairy Milk, Crunchie, Boost, Wispa Gold and Starbar.

Promotional bars contain a code which redeems an online scratch card. There are 19,900 prizes worth £500 and 100 with a value of up to £10,000. All winners will be supplied a quick questionnaire that will help Cadbury create their unique surprise.

The campaign will be supported by a £3m marketing investment including TV, PR, outdoor advertising, digital and experiential activity. Bars included in the campaign will feature eye-catching packaging for impactful shelf stand-out and disruptive point of sale.

Nuria Antoja, Marketing Manager for Cadbury countlines at Mondelēz International, said: “Mondelēz International has been a great contributor to incremental growth for chocolate singles and we’re eager to push that growth even further with our new promotions.  We will inject excitement into the countlines category by giving our consumers the chance to win a Joynormous surprise that is created just for them.”

Antoja expects demand to be high, and advises retailers to stock up in advance and maximize visibility in store with impactful POS to make the most of the opportunity.
