Bonds Confectionery has unveiled its first character bag range of sweets, Miss Penny Penguin, which is now available to retailers across the UK. Miss Penny Penguin will be part of a standalone range scheduled for full release by the end of the year. Available in two sizes, Miss Penny Penguin strawberry flavoured gums come in a 70g bag and retail at 49p, while the larger mixed flavour 150g bag, Miss Penny Penguin & Friends, is price marked at 99p.
Developed to appeal to the consumer wanting a value snack without compromising on quality, the strawberry flavoured gums have been designed to appeal to both children and adults. The recipe is free from artificial colours and uses natural flavours.

The idea around the character sweet was to add to our vast range and produce a product to sit between our more traditional Sweet Shop range of bags and the 39p kids range.
