Bestway Wholesale has extended its digital services to include WhatsApp for its customers.
The Bestway WhatsApp service has been customised to provide retailers with personalised deals, promotions, video advertising, latest brochures, new products, services, and news for their regional area.
Bestway carried out a soft launch of the app service at its annual Thank You event across all 57 depots at the beginning of the year. It has already seen a few thousand customers opt-in in the first two weeks.
