Bestway has announced a new promotion on Best-in in January offering retailers the chance to earn up to 50% across many of its best-selling own-label range.
The ‘Profit Shocker’ promotion lasting eight weeks runs from 4th January until 3rd March and follows on from the successful Best-in Essentials ‘Ditch the Euro’ campaign in October this year.
Top selling Best-in SKUs will be included in the promotional line-up and will be available in depot, online and via Bestway Direct.
“The new Profit Shocker promotion retailers a greater chance to compete and give a welcome boost to sales and profit in January and February – a time when sales can be traditionally quiet. Although the promotional will run across the range which are all price-marked, we would encourage retailers to pass on these savings by further discounting the price-mark and demonstrate real value to their customers post Christmas when people look to perhaps tighten their belts after spending heavily at Christmas and the New Year.” says Nick Brown, Trading Manager, own-label.
Nick continues, “We could easily have limited the promotion to tail-end products just to gain additional distribution but we want to build business for independents – one of our founding philosophies – so we have included top selling lines such as our stimulation drinks, toilet tissues, snacks, household and canned goods. We have also extended it to our recent new launches so nappies, cookies and Vanilla Gold will also be included in the promotional skus.”
