Barcode Festival breaking all GroceryAid records

Barcode Festival line-up

With ticket sales surpassing any previous GroceryAid event, Barcode Festival looks set to be the industry event of the summer when over 1,200 grocery colleagues will come together to support the charity.

Tesco is just one of many companies sponsoring the event. Its boss, Charles Wilson, said: “Barcode really is the must-attend grocery event of the summer, bringing the whole industry together to celebrate mid-summer with amazing food and drink, brilliant headliners and all while raising money to help our colleagues in need.”

The Skittles main stage, sponsored by Mars Wrigley Confectionery, will welcome headline acts of Kaiser Chiefs, Sigma, Greg James and Levi Roots with his Reggae Reggae band. Heineken is providing the giant container bar while the rest of the Hawker House venue will be given over to showcase everything that’s great about the grocery industry, with mouth-watering street food and bars. A true reflection of an industry founded on food and drink.

The event will be held on June 28 at Hawker House in London. Tickets cost £250 (including all food & drink) with all funds going to GroceryAid. Sponsor packages are available. Email events@groceryaid.org.uk for more information.
