Bang Energy explodes onto UK market

Global Brands has secured the UK distribution rights for American energy drink Bang Energy, which sits behind only Red Bull and Monster in terms of US sales.

Part of Bang Energy’s success is down to its canny influencer-driven social media marketing that has garnered more than 18 billion #BangEnergy views on TikTok alone. Many of these TikTok and Insta videos star the brand’s larger-than-life CEO, the brash sixty-something Jack Owoc.

“Our partnership with Global Brands is further proof of our positive trajectory and path to exponential growth internationally,” said Owoc. “We are confident that our expanded international distribution, relentless innovation, combined with worldwide ‘Bangster’ fan loyalty and enthusiasm will catapult Bang and its allied brands like Meltdown and Vooz into the stratosphere.”
