Rich’s has launched a further distribution drive for its Baked range through an extended partnership with CJ Lang.
The exclusive deal will see the sweet bakery brand available throughout Scotland from 3 February.
After launching cookies in select CJ Lang sites last summer, the partnership has been extended to include muffins and buns and will be rolled out across the convenience giant’s estate of 108 company-owned SPAR stores.
John Want, Sales, Marketing and R&D Director at Rich’s, commented: “Not only does our Baked range taste amazing, but it stands out on shelf thanks to our vibrant and enticing packaging. As a result, our cookies have already become a best-selling bakery line within CJ Lang, and we’re excited to amplify this success with the full range. Scottish retailers should get ready to see their sweet bakery sales fly!”
Stephen Brown, Head of Food-to-Go for CJ Lang, added: “Never has it been more important to offer shoppers a range of products, attractively priced through their local convenience store.
“The cookies provided by Rich’s have proved to be extremely successful and we’re really looking forward to bringing these additional products to our local SPAR stores.”
