Aryzta on roll with new pick & mix bread range

Arytza pick & mix rolls

In-store bakery specialist Aryzta Food Solutions has launched a selection of pick & mix bread rolls, along with a new range of loaves.

The new Hiestand-branded range of rolls, which can be sold individually or as a pick & mix option, comprise square, white, crusty tiger rolls, light and fluffy square white rolls and square brown rolls topped with oat flakes.

The 80g rolls are packed in outers of 48 and take just four minutes to bake, with an RSP of 39p each or four for £1.

Aryzta is also boosting its in-store bakery offer with the introduction of three 450g loaves, with a bake time of between four and eight minutes. These include a traditional farmhouse tin loaf made with a rye sourdough and with a mixture of grains and seeds (RSP £1.50), a Mediterranean-style tin loaf infused with smoked paprika, red onion and tomato (RSP £1.50) and a crown-shaped date, cranberry and linseed star loaf (RSP £1.70).

Vincent Brook, UK Retail Commercial Manager at Aryzta Food Solutions, said the new range draws on traditional artisan baking skills to deliver the “freshest possible in-store bakery experience for shoppers”.

“This delicious new bread range will enable stockists to offer a top quality selection of freshly-baked rolls and loaves, with the extra flexibility of being able to sell the rolls individually or as a pick and mix option,” he concluded.
