Albert Bartlett gets behind Jersey Royals

Airdrie-based potato producer Albert Bartlett has launched a £3m ad campaign to celebrate the start of the Jersey Royal Potato season, which gets fully underway in May.

The campaign features the landscape of the Channel Island and real people who have been involved in producing the ‘champagne of potatoes’ for decades.

This is Albert Bartlett’s first campaign to support Jersey Royals since its acquisition of The Jersey Royal Company in 2024.

‘Roll On Jersey Royal Season’ takes a light-hearted look at the potatoes’ journey from field to fork and stars a number of Jersey’s farmers as well as Albert Bartlett’s celebrity chef brand ambassador, Michel Roux Jr.

Alongside a TV ad, the campaign includes digital, video on demand, digital display, paid social, out-of-home advertising and media partnerships.
